Subject:Is it ok for christians to teach their children to believe in Santa Clause

Ok, I'm adding a new topic of discussion. The question is, is it ok for christian parents to let their children believe in Santa Clause. I have always believed this is not a problem, so long as they are also taught the true meaning of Christmas (the celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ). However, I'm curious to know what everyone thinks.

Subject:Eternal Security

Not long ago, I was called into the office of an executive and asked what my position was on eternal security. He was very interested because one of the company workers had commited suicide and it sparked a strong debate within the work place. I have often come across individuals who are concerned about whether or not they will indeed go to heaven when they or a loved one die. Then other questions surface. What happens if a believer commits suicide or if they stop believing? I would like to hear your ideas regarding the topic of eternal security. Do you believe that once you are saved you are always saved? Write and let's dialog about it.
